Ogawa Refresh vs Infinity Escape

The Ogawa Refresh massage chair and the Infinity Escape massage chair have their fair share of similarities and differences. In this comparison we will cover the different aspects of each chair. We hope to make your massage chair buying experience as easy as possible.

Similarities

Both chairs feature zero gravity heat, body scanning and body compressing airbag systems. The Escape has a few more body scanning programs, but the styles are similar on both chairs.

Spinal Correction

The Escape has a spinal correction feature that is accomplished by using the airbag system. An advanced upper body airbag system allows for a firm shoulder retraction in conjunction with a lower extremity grip and stretches feature. These operations are performed simultaneously as the main back roller massagers move up and down the spine and the shiatsu swivel seat swings the hips from side to side

Massage Track

The Ogawa Refresh has SmartCurve technology that is going to allow for a deeper neck massage on the standard setting. The rollers then work their way down your body following the curve of you spine and finishing at your upper thighs. This can be done in multiple positions. The Escape features a 47” L-Track that will still massage along a similar path, but not to the extent of the smart curve.

AirCompression Massage

38 Airbags are used in the Escape to create a compression system all over your body. The Refresh has 26 airbags that can be found in the shoulder, arms, hands, legs and feet. 20 of those airbags are placed in the footrest to give you an amazing massage to your calves, hamstrings and feet.

Chromatherapy Lights

The Escape does not have Chromatheraphy lighting. The Refresh has two triangular lights positioned on each side of the chair. The lights can be turned on in a dim room to create the ultimate ambient setting. Three color options can be chosen from the remote, where this feature can also be turned off if you decide not to use it.

Color Options

If you want a massage chair that is going to give you the benefits of two massage track styles, then the Refresh is an easy winner between these two chairs. You get different color choices with the Refresh and some innovative features. The Escape is going to give you a very satisfying massage, but not to the extent that the Refresh has the ability to do.
