Yes — Massage Chair Planet offers 0% APR financing for up to 48 months through Synchrony's Home Credit Card, plus Affirm and Snap Finance as alternatives.
- 0% APR for 48 months on purchases of $4,998 or more (e.g. an $8,000 purchase is $166.67/month), subject to credit approval.
- 0% APR for 12 months on purchases under $4,998.
- Affirm: 10–36% APR based on credit, subject to an eligibility check; a down payment may be required.
- Snap Finance and Shop Pay/PayPal (split into 4 installments) are also available.
- Discounted, price-matched, open-box, coupon, and Facebook-offer purchases are limited to 12-month financing terms.

Yes — if you find the identical chair listed for less on an authorized dealer's website, we'll match that price plus 10% of the difference.

No Sales Tax on Most Orders*
Most orders ship with no sales tax, but some exclusions apply. Free curbside delivery is standard on every order to the lower 48 states; White-Glove delivery and setup is available starting at $149.
- Free Curbside Delivery: chair arrives unassembled in factory boxes, delivered to street level. Assembly typically takes 30–90 minutes. A $75 fee applies if you miss a scheduled delivery attempt.
- White Glove Delivery (from $149, non-refundable): a two-person team brings the chair inside — up to two flights of stairs — fully assembles it, and runs a test cycle with you, Monday–Friday.
- Continental US only; Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping quote.
Manufacturer & Extended Warranty
Every chair we sell includes its manufacturer's warranty, and most can be extended up to 5 years through Guardian, which also covers accidental damage the manufacturer's warranty doesn't.
- Coverage varies by brand. Using Osaki's 3-year "Rock Solid" Limited Warranty as an example: year 1 covers parts and labor at no cost, year 2 covers parts, and the structural frame is covered for all 3 years.
- Manufacturer warranties typically exclude shipping costs, normal wear (Velcro/zippers), fabric tears from abuse, stains, water/mold damage, and pet or burn damage.
- Guardian's 5-year Extended Plan runs concurrently with the manufacturer's warranty from your purchase date, and adds coverage for accidental stains, rips, tears, burns, and punctures. On an Osaki chair, for example, combined coverage stretches parts protection to 5 years and labor protection to 5 years.
30 & 90-Day In-Home Trial
Yes — try select chairs in your home for 30 or 90 days, and return them for a refund if they're not the right fit.
- Both trial lengths charge the same return fees: $495 return shipping plus a 3% credit card processing fee, deducted from your refund.
- A $325 boxing fee applies if you don't keep the original packaging; a $199 deduction applies if White Glove delivery was provided free.
- You must keep the chair a minimum of 30 days before requesting a return, and it must come back in new condition with all original materials.
- Trial offers can't be combined with coupons, discounts, trade-in credit, the $500 Vegas trip credit, or a price match request.
Trade-In Program
Yes — we accept massage chairs of any brand and any condition, including broken or non-functional ones, for trade-in credit toward a new chair.
- Fill out a 60-second form and get a trade-in value within hours; quotes are valid for 3 business days.
- The credit applies directly toward your new massage chair purchase — no lengthy appraisal process.
