The Osaki Platinum Vanguard Duo 4D Massage Chair pairs a Real Dynamic Brushless 4D+4D dual mechanism with 4AI health detection, an SL Flex Track and a 12.3″ HD touchscreen — reading your body's condition before every session and building a full-body recovery massage around it.
Part of Osaki's Ai Series, the Vanguard Duo is engineered for next-generation wellness. Two independent 4D mechanisms with heated quad rollers work your upper and lower body at the same time, while built-in health detection measures your fatigue index, heart rate, blood oxygen, microcirculation and heart rate variability to tailor every session. Add 57 air cells, lumbar, seat and knee heat, zero gravity in two modes, and a wide touchscreen with YouTube and phone mirroring, and you have a chair that turns everyday relaxation into full-body recovery.

Two Mechanisms. One Seamless Massage.
The Vanguard Duo's name says it all — two independent 4D mechanisms working the upper and lower body at once, each with its own controls, techniques and intensity.
4D + 4D Dual Mechanism
Two independent 4D mechanisms run simultaneously with separate controls, and heated quad rollers blend therapeutic warmth into every stroke.
AI Health Detection
Fatigue index, heart rate, blood oxygen, microcirculation and heart rate variability are measured, then used to craft a massage matched to your current condition.
Dynamic 4D Motor
Horizontal flat-axis expansion widens the massage path to over 9.1″, while the brushless motor keeps every transition whisper-quiet and smooth.
Engineered for Total-Body Recovery
4AI Health Detection
Pick up the handheld sensor, place your middle finger on the red light and tap “Start Detection.” The Vanguard Duo measures your fatigue index, heart rate, blood oxygen level, microcirculation and heart rate variability, then its AI recommends and personalizes a massage tailored to how your body is doing today.
5 wellness metrics · AI-driven · Personalized every session
4D + 4D Dual Mechanism
The advanced 4D+4D dual mechanism mimics human-like movements, with quad precision rollers that adjust in depth and speed and separate controls for each mechanism. The rollers are heated, gliding along your natural contours to combine therapeutic warmth with precise, targeted relief.

Dynamic Brushless 4D Motor
Osaki's Dynamic Brushless 4D roller system adds horizontal flat-axis expansion, widening the massage to over 9.1 inches for broader, more immersive coverage. The upgraded brushless motor delivers whisper-quiet performance, smoother transitions and long-term reliability.

Automatic Body Scan: A Massage Mapped to You
The Vanguard Duo's automatic body scan detects your body's unique contours, shoulder position and preferred pressure level at the start of each session, then positions the rollers to match.
Why it matters:
- Contour detection — body shape and shoulder position mapped
- Pressure sensing — massage strength tuned to you
- Automatic positioning — no manual adjustment needed
12.3″ HD Touchscreen, YouTube & Mirroring
A wide 12.3-inch HD touchscreen puts every program, intensity level and air zone a tap away. It doubles as an entertainment screen with YouTube built in, and phone screen mirroring lets you cast your own phone to the controller over the same Wi-Fi network.

SL Flex Track System
The SL Flex Track holds a fixed angle relative to the backrest for seamless support, while the flexible track delivers an intensive stretch and extended coverage from the neck and shoulders all the way down to the hamstrings.
