Luraco iRobotics 11 (i11) Big & Tall Edition Medical Massage Chair

Finally, a Medical Massage Chair That Fits a Bigger Body

Most premium massage chairs top out around 300 pounds, and taller or heavier users feel it: rollers that stop short of the shoulders, footrests that run out of travel, armrests that pinch. The Big & Tall Edition reinforces the iRobotics 11 frame for heavy loads, widens the seat to 24 inches, adds an extra inch of calf width and raises the rating to 350 pounds and 6'10", so the massage lands where it is supposed to.

Everything else matches the Special Edition — doubled 3D Butterfly engines, personalized keypad and leather name tag, included blood pressure monitor and emergency backup power — on top of the i11 series advances: the AI body scan that maps your spinal curve, calf and knee rollers, airbags and heat, eight user profiles and a deeper zero-gravity recline.

Made for One Owner, by Name

Every i11 BTE leaves Arlington, Texas with the owner's name (up to 20 characters) programmed into the keypad and stitched onto a customized leather name tag on the chair. Because the chair is personalized, it is built per order and cannot be returned once customized.

The First 3D Calf & Knee Massage System: Caring for the Body's “Second Heart”

Luraco's engineers made the calves a priority for a reason. In medicine the calf muscles are often called the body's “second heart”: according to the National Institutes of Health, they act as a pump that pushes blood back up toward the chest. When that calf-muscle pump works efficiently, blood returns to the heart more effectively, improving oxygen delivery throughout the body and reducing strain on the heart.

The i11 BTE is the only chair in its class engineered to stretch the calf muscles effectively. Its 3D calf rollers can be set to a localized spot massage or a full-coverage automatic mode, strong airbags compress and cover the knees — another industry first — and dedicated heat warms both the calves and the knee joints while they are worked. The Big & Tall Edition adds an extra inch of calf width for larger legs.

Beneath the calf system, Luraco's tripled foot rollers and automatic leg-length adjustment carry the massage from toe to heel.

Why it matters:

• Calf stretching — the only chair in its class built to stretch calf muscles
• Customizable calf rollers — localized spot massage or full-coverage auto mode
• Knee airbag compression — strong airbags cover and compress the knees
• Calf & knee heat — targeted relief designed for calf and knee joints

Patented Split L-Track: L-Track Reach With S-Track Stretching

Luraco's first-of-its-kind split L-track delivers the long, neck-to-glutes coverage of an L-track chair while still allowing the superior stretch functions only an S-track can perform. The track splits where the back meets the seat, so the chair can fold you into a deep stretch without the rollers losing contact.

Why it matters:

• 60-inch roller track — coverage from the neck down through the glutes
• True spinal stretch — the lower section pivots for S-track style decompression
• Deeper zero gravity — the i11 reclines further than the i9 series

Doubled 3D Butterfly Engines (2x3D)

The i11 BTE carries two 3D robotic engines, each with Luraco's patented Butterfly Technology — 18 motors in total. One works the neck and shoulders while the other works the back, so a full-back massage and a neck-and-shoulder massage happen at the same time rather than one after the other.

Six body zones (neck, upper back, lower back, arms, calves and feet) each have five intensity levels, from very soft to deep, with independent rhythm and speed controls for kneading and tapping.

Why it matters:

• Patented Butterfly rollers — a hands-on feel from a 3D robotic head
• 6 zones x 5 intensities — fine-tune each body area independently
• Tapping rhythms — constant, percussion and variable, with adjustable speeds

Full-Body Stretching, Now Stronger

Powered actuators stretch the lower back, feet and arms while air compression twists the torso — a decompression routine that the i11's new software makes stronger than the i9's. Add calf stretching and the chair now lengthens the body from the shoulders to the Achilles.

Why it matters:

• Foot and spinal stretch — driven by powered actuators
• Body-twisting stretch — advanced air compression rotates the torso
• Calf stretch — new on the i11

Deeper True Zero Gravity

Zero gravity places the body in the neutral posture NASA identified for astronauts, lifting the legs toward heart level and spreading your weight across the chair. The i11 reclines further into this position than the i9 series did, which relaxes the spine more and lets the rollers press deeper with less effort.

Why it matters:

• More reclined position — upgraded over the i9 series
• Neutral body posture — proven to heighten relaxation
• Reclined footprint — 47" H x 38" W x 87" L

Warm Chair, Warm Body

Nobody wants to sit down in a cold leather chair. Luraco's Warm Chair feature keeps the chair warm all the time, independently of the massage heat, so it is inviting from the first second. The massage heat zones — lower back, hands, calves and knees, and feet — run separately.

Why it matters:

• Warm Chair — keeps the chair warm all the time
• Massage heat zones — lower back, hands, calves & knees, feet

Tripled Foot Rollers & Automatic Leg-Length Adjustment

Three sets of foot rollers cover the sole from toe to heel, and automatic leg-length adjustment extends the legrest to fit you — so the new calf and knee system lines up with your legs, not an average pair.

Why it matters:

• Tripled foot rollers — full toe-to-heel coverage
• Automatic leg-length adjustment — the legrest finds your height

Unlimited Over-the-Air Software Updates

Because Luraco writes its own software in Texas, the i11 can be updated over WiFi whenever a new release is available — no technician, no downtime. The new AI-powered software release is what powers the i11's spinal detection and smoother performance, and patented noise-reduction technology keeps it one of the quietest chairs on the market.

Why it matters:

• OTA WiFi updates — unlimited, for the life of the chair
• Intelligent self-diagnostics — the chair reports its own status
• Patented noise reduction — one of the quietest chairs on the market

Automotive-Grade Leather, Made in the USA

The entire chair is wrapped in luxury-level, car-quality leather — not just the touch points — and it is backed by an industry-leading 10-year leather warranty. Designed, engineered and assembled in Arlington, Texas from U.S. and global sources, the i11 is UL listed and accredited for Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Why it matters:

• Full leather upholstery — 10-year leather warranty
• Made in the USA — Arlington, Texas
• UL listed & DME accredited — built for safety and medical benefit
