Daiwa uses a warranty registration system to keep track of products in case of damage, recall, or any repairs needed, so it’s important to register your chair as soon as possible. Warranty coverage begins at the time of purchase (with registration), and covers a chair’s parts and framework for a period of two years, along with labor for one year, after initial purchase. Warranty Restrictions
Daiwa reserves the right to charge an additional fee, either per mile or at a flat rate, to and from the chair’s location for service calls outside a pre-determined radius of the nearest showroom or certified technician. You will be notified before confirming the service if you’ll incur this additional fee. This fee is not covered by any warranty offered by Daiwa and is the sole responsibility of the individual(s) requesting service.
