We have been selling massage chairs since 1995. It is a narrow speciality, and deliberately so — the people here have spent years with these machines, and that shows up in unglamorous ways: knowing which track suits a long torso, which brands are genuinely reliable at year five, and which chair is wrong for you even though it is the one you called about.
You can find a massage chair cheaper on a marketplace listing. What you cannot find there is someone who will talk you out of the wrong one.
Sit in one before you buy
Massage is subjective in a way that specifications cannot capture. Two chairs with near-identical spec sheets can feel completely different, and the chair a reviewer loved may be the one that digs into your shoulder blade. Reading about it only gets you so far.

An authorized dealer for 23 brands
We are an authorized dealer for 23 massage chair brands, among them Osaki, Titan, Ogawa, Infinity, Human Touch, Daiwa, Svago and Luraco. That is a deliberately limited range rather than everything on the market, because a smaller range is one our team can actually know. See all 23 authorized brands.
Being authorized matters more than it sounds. It means chairs ship to you through the manufacturer's own channel with the full manufacturer's warranty intact, and that when something needs a part or a technician years from now, you are inside the system rather than outside it. Chairs bought from unauthorized dealers often arrive with no manufacturer warranty at all — which is usually why they are cheaper.

Before and after the sale
Most of our conversations happen before anyone buys anything, and a fair number end with us pointing someone at a cheaper chair than the one they called about. That is the job.
