Luraco FREE Manufacturer’s Warranty
Luraco is the only massage chair manufacturer that we carry that includes a warranty for commercial use in addition to their residential warranty. Take a look at the information below to see what is offered with both.
For Home Use: Luraco includes a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers parts and labor with in-home service for the first 3 years at no cost to you. All 5 years of the warranty cover the frame against manufacturers defects in material or workmanship. Should any warranty issues arise please call us at 888-637-7901 and we will be glad to help you further.
For Commercial Use: This chair includes a 2-year manufacturers warranty for commercial use. The first 6 months includes both parts and labor at no cost to you. Cost of parts is covered at no cost to you for the first year. The structural framework of the massage chair is covered for the entire 2 years of the warranty.
What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from:
- Improper installation alterations, or modifications of original condition, or unauthorized repairs
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, and power surges
- This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred
- This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear including leather or fabric covering.
- The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidental or neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product. Implied Warranty
- Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use and 2-year portion of this warranty for commercial use.
- In no case will LURACO be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
- LURACO shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation or alteration of this product.

The Luraco iRobotics i7 massage chair is one of the few we carry that features a full body heat therapy system. There are several heating elements in the foot rest, within the seat and throughout the back that apply a gentle heat to your back so that your muscles can loosen up more easily. Zero Gravity
Zero gravity is an important addition to any massage chair, especially one of this caliber. The Luraco i7 is a zero gravity massage chair that offers you the benefits of this position at the simple push of a button. As you recline back, your legs will be raised above your heart so that gravity's influence is reduced on your spine and joints which allow them to decompress and relax the surrounding muscles as well. This relaxation can create a sort of weightless feeling in some people. In addition to your joints relaxing, the majority of your body weight is focused on the backrest which improves the intensity of your back massage significantly. If it becomes too intense you can easily change your preferences with the remote.

The i7's 3d massage roller features a robotic arm system that aids the massage roller in providing an incredible lower back and neck massage.

Nine automatic massage programs are included with your massage chair and are available at the push of a button. Each of which serves a specific function and provides a different experience. These programs include Quick, Health, Morning, Night, Swedish, Shiatsu, Stretch, Soft and TV. The Luraco i7 massage chair gives you 5 memory settings that can be set by the user. These allow you to save a specific massage chair routine and any personalization you did to it.
Double Foot Massage Rollers
In each footrest are two rollers of high-quality foot massage rollers. These rollers apply a reflexology massage to the soles of your feet and are aided by the air cells near your feet to improve the massage and to ensure that the rollers are getting all of the knots out in your feet. This feature is perfect for those who are on their feet all day and want to help soothe and invigorate them after a long day at work.
Stretching Program
Stretching programs are an important addition to any modern massage chair. Stretching allows you to access other muscles within the body that the massage roller can’t reach and provide relief to them so you truly feel a full body massage experience.
