Hi there, I'm Dustin with Massagechairplanet.com. Today we are going to talk to you about the Luraco iRobotics i7 overall review. The i7 retails for $8490 and includes a 5-year warranty that covers the chair with in-home service. You can get more information about the warranty on our site if you click the link in the description below and go to the warranty info tab.
This is definitely one of our bigger massage chairs, it's capable of housing users of up to 6'7" in height, and 300 lbs in weight. The chair itself only weighs about 162 lbs. The i7 is definitely one of the most high-quality chairs we carry as well. From the touch surfaces having genuine leather to the mechanics and the acoustics of the massage chair is much more sound. When the chair is running you can barely hear it if you are standing in the room. They (Luraco) also includes a nice blanket to help keep you warm. The blanket is a great addition to the built-in heating system, it's also very soft to the touch.
Now we have a bunch of videos that cover the different features of this massage chair, but I want to hit the highlights for you real quick.
Luraco i7 Feature Highlights
Starting at the top here, you have genuine leather in all of the touch surfaces that come in contact with your body. In the lower back, the seat, and in the feet you have built-in heating that helps keep you warm. The remote is a very nice touch screen remote that is wired to the chair that gives you more customization than any other massage chair on the market.
This is a zero gravity massage chair, it's also a 3D massage chair. You also have foot massage rollers and one of the most elaborate airbag massage systems you are going to find on the market today.
Things you may NOT like about the Luraco iRobotics i7
The Luraco i7 is a very high-quality massage chair, but there are some things that you may not like about it. For one, the body scanning takes significantly longer than other chairs, its a lot more advanced so it detects many more features on your back, but if you are an impatient person, it may bother you.
Now, the motion in the i7 can feel a little bit slow. Especially when the massage is over and it's returning to the upright position. It can sometimes feel like it can take a very long time before you can actually get out of the massage chair. Now as we mentioned previously this is one of the most comprehensive remotes that you are going to find in the industry today. However, it doesn't offer you any way to pause your massage without then turning the massage chair off, turning it back on, and restarting your massage. It also has these awkward pockets that you have this weird reach to put them away... I don't like it. It may not bother you.
Made in the USA
Now you will find on a lot of websites that they call this chair "Made in the USA". That's not entirely true, it's researched, designed, and assembled in the USA from mostly imported parts.
Now that was a good overview of some of the good and bad things of this chair. Now I want you to keep in mind that I am 6'2" and 280lbs, if you vary much from that in height or weight, your experience with this massage chair can be completely different. Now, I'm Dustin with Massagechairplanet.com. I will see you next time!
Most of our customers don't immediately realize that our massage chairs don't all come assembled and ready for use. Some even come in a few boxes. All of which are heavy (some weighing upwards up 200 lbs), some are just large boxes. If you have people that can help you move and assemble them we highly recommend it, however, if you don't we offer a white glove delivery service that will bring the massage chair boxes into the room of your choice, assemble the massage chair and have you test it before they leave and take away all the packaging. This is a very convenient service that most who purchase this massage chair end up opting for. There is a certain irony to straining yourself while setting up or moving a massage chair.
