Osaki OS-3D Pro Cyber vs Osaki Os-3D Pro Dreamer

How They Look

The Osaki Cyber has a more modern look to it while the Osaki Dreamer keeps to the traditional massage chair design. Both chairs come in four colors, black, brown and cream with the Osaki Cyber also coming in red, while the Dreamer comes in charcoal. The biggest difference aesthetically between these two chairs is the remotes. The Osaki Cyber pad has a very large viewing screen (5”) to see what is happening during the massage session while the Osaki Dreamer has a handheld LCD remote. Both are attached to the armrest of the massage chairs.

Mechanically

Mechanically these two chairs are very similar. They both use the two-stage zero gravity technology inspired by NASA to reduce stress to your body while leaving your feet higher up than your heart. This will help decompress your spine while you rest in your massage chair.

Both the Osaki Cyber and Dreamer offer body scanning technology. When you are in the chair the massage rollers will map the curves of your back, so you will get a more effective and personalized massage. The scanning technology helps the chair learn the unique curves of your body by scanning your back. In the end, both these chairs combine the zero gravity and body scanning technologies to improve the 3D massage.

Both chairs offer the same auto timer mechanism where you can control the time of your massage session both for comfort and security. You can rest assure that if you fall asleep in the massage chair you won’t get hurt because the chair will shut down after the time limit you set.

Airbags

The airbag technology used in both massage chairs offer a strong compression massage. The Osaki Dreamer uses 48 airbags while the Osaki Cyber only needs 36 airbags. The airbag system in the Osaki OS-3D Pro Cyber inflates sections separately throughout the chair allowing for a twisting stretch to the lower back, hips, and thighs of your body.

Shoulder Airbags

Both chairs offer shoulder massage. In the Osaki Dreamer, wider pads are used to inflate onto your outer muscles of your shoulders, which will give you a good compression massage, while keeping a hold of you body and pressing you into the backrest, so the back massage rollers can maximize your massage experience. In the Osaki Cyber, you have double airbags that are smaller and narrower and inflate against the front of the shoulders. The purpose for this is to help create a better posture.

Massage Programs

Both massage chairs offer several massage programs. The Osaki Cyber offers you 9: Energy, Deep Press, Relax, Comfort, Stretch, Demo, Full Air, Music Sync, and De-stress. The Osaki Dreamer offers 7: Quick, Full Air, Anti-Stress, Wake Up, Muscle Relief, Recovery, and Music Sync.

Both have 6 massage techniques. Sharing: Kneading, Tapping, Combination, Rolling, Shiatsu, but the Osaki Cyber offers Punching while the Dreamer has a Swedish technique.

MP3 Functionality & Sync

The Osaki Cyber has a better sounding speaker system than the Dreamer. But the Osaki Dreamer offers a vibration massage to the seat of the chair which moves to the beat of your favorite songs playing on your mp3 player or smartphone.

Warranty

Both massage chairs come with a 3-year warranty: In the first year you will get in-home service at no cost to you. The second year covers parts replacement only, and the third year the frame is the only thing covered.

Conclusion

In conclusion, both the Osaki OS-3D Pro Dreamer and the OS-3D Pro Cyber are very similar. The mechanics are nearly the same along with the massage programs offered with the chairs.
